The hill was vertical and very few taxis were willing to drive up, there are no facilities for food or drink, the pool was nice but it's very small and there are just 6 loungers, while we were there as a family of 4, there was another family of 4 and 2 sets of couples. The host micro-manages everything, if you leave the room with the air con on to keep the room cool she goes in and turns it off. You are not allowed to get any clean towels until after 3 days, the smell of sewage in our room every day was disgusting, I mentioned it a few times and it never improved. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the linen did not feel fresh or clean, the hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. The shower is very poor. We did not enjoy our stay and left 5 days early even though we had paid in full before we arrived. Also, when we booked, we booked 2 villas, when we arrived our 'villas' were 2 rooms down a dark corridor.

Very nice small hotel well maintained up the hill but close to the center, a perfect place to see the sunrise,very clean ,the host very helpful P’Tim is so adorable she arranged everything you need( motorbike and taxi)we really feel safe there

Beautiful property, the hosts were so kind and take pride in their property and business. They were very helpful and their hospitality made the stay even better.

This is the place you have to stay if you go to koh Samui ! Everything was perfect. The host Pitime helped us for everything, she is really an incredible person. Thanks to her and his family. it made our stay much more easier. the rooms are amazing. we will come back for sure.

The property is beautiful. The view all around was amazing. Especially from the pool area. We shared a villa with friends and had all the amenities we could wish for, especially with the pool area on our doorstep. Pitim the lady who runs the property was very helpful and would see to anything we needed if it be food or transport, couldn’t ask for a better host. In term of value for money you will get no better.
