Villa Cokelat

The location was really good. Away from the business of Canggu and still with plenty of massages and warungs close by.

The villa is in real need of repair. The sheets on the bed were stained, bath & pool towels had holes. The rooms were not cleaned at all throughout our stay. Not what you expect for the price charged.

Susan and Ketut were lovely. Susan made the best daily breakfasts!

While the bed sheets were clean, they had a few stains, so could do with replacement, but that didn't worry us much

Was there only 3 people and it's absolutely amazing place, where u have your privacy. Close to restaurants and not far from the beach. Personal is very quite and clean aftee party, before you wake up and ready you great breakfast. Great big swimming pool.

Close to shopping and night life centre Pool was great

The kitchen, bathroom and lounge room are all outside. Something to consider If you prefer to have air conditioning.

Self contained villa.thats tucked away from the main roads. Villa everything you need including cooking facilities. Susan and Katut were very respectful at all times. Not intrusive and Susans breakfasts - delicious.

Would like a toaster and upgraded coffee machine- this would be a bonus. There is a lot of construction going on all over Bali. The noise was a bit much at times when lying around the pool - but unavoidable. Despite this there is nothing else to be negative about.

The rooms were massive as were the beds. The outside living area was great. Comfy couches, great pool, good having a water cooler and good fridge. The staff were great. 10-15 mins to beach but a wee way from the main part of Canguu.

The villa was located in the middle of a construction zone. There was noise from 8am until 9.30 at night and by noise I mean concrete saws, drills, jack hammers, saws etc so if you wanted a quiet stay this is not the place to go. The builders working on the villas were working above our villa so could look into it all day as well as the pool. All the curtains had to be pulled so they didn't see into our rooms. My husband took a photo of some of them from our room one day and one waved at him!!! The villa was a lot more dated than in the photos. The stairs to the top bedroom were very slippery if wet so take care. A handrail would have been good.
