Zupełna prywatność - szukałam domu bez właściciela mieszkającego za ścianą lub nad głową, bez obcych ludzi, którzy chodzą po podwórku - to jest dom z widokiem jak z widokówki, z basenem do wyłącznej dyspozycji. Z zewnątrz bardzo duże wow!

Szczegóły, które nie wpływają na ogólną ocenę: ręczniki plażowe mogłyby być frotte. Informacyjnie: dojazd przez centrum Carini szerszym niż fiat panda samochodem na początku jest straszny - mocno pod górkę, wąsko i ostre zakręty (zdecydowanie lepiej wybrać dojazd SP21), na googlemaps Casale Maddalena jest błędnie zaznaczone - to dom z basenem obok. Głośne sąsiedztwo, o którym pisali ludzie w uwagach to Villa Belvedere - gra muzyka, ale nie było dłużej niż do 23 i bardziej klasyczna lub pop - to nie było dla nas uciążliwe. Dom w środku jest odnowiony, ale zachował klimat jak u babci na wsi (dla jednych to zaleta, dla innych może być wadą).

Beautiful historical villa. The view was amazing. So many areas for us. Truly a gem. The host was very helpful and kind.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr großer Innenhof zum Parken für mehrere Autos. Villa ist sehr groß und durch den Ofen im Wohnzimmer wirds auch im Winter warm. Vom Gastgeber wurde mehr als genug Holz zum Einheizen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen. Pool war trotz Winter gefüllt mit sauberen Wasser. Perfekt für eine Erfrischung. Unterm Strich traumhaft.

Einfahrt eng - ist knapp mit großen Fahrzeugen wie z.b. Camperbusse, etc. Aber geht sich schon aus.

The property is beautiful, though the photos are a bit deceptive when it comes to how close the next door neighbor is. We got the impression from the photos that we would be in the countryside with no one around so that was disappointing.

The smart TV didn't connect to the internet most of the time and the day bed was not comfortable as a couch. Wish there would have been a couch instead. For some reason the car GPS did not get us to the property; thank goodness your person who checked us in was patient and waited for us to find it.

The view is wonderful. It is an authentic villa with lots of genuine features. So much potential to be a fabulous property. The pool and outside area was lovely.

The bed we had allocated for my son was in a hallway which was completely inappropriate. He shared the sofa bed with his brother in the main living area, but the window doesn’t have a curtain or blind. The window is floor to ceiling and beautiful, but impractical as a bedroom as you wake as soon as the sun rises. The pizza oven in the photos is padlocked and cannot be used. There were ants and centipedes in the children’s bedroom. The power supply varies across the property, mobile phones wouldn’t charge even being plugged in overnight. A power cut resulted in us not having running water for 15 hours. The linen and towels need replacing. Cleaning supplies were needed to keep the villa tidy - we were given 4 toilet rolls for 8 people on a 10 night stay!! The location means you need a car - there is nothing in the vicinity. There is only one plug in the kitchen for the kettle, toaster, coffee machine, very difficult to manage. Our biggest issue was that we booked a private villa at €5000 for the duration, but we had gardeners and work people turn up unannounced on 4 different occasions. We had a private chef cooking for a family celebration and the gardener turned up at 8pm, it was inappropriate. On the day of departure, the cleaners arrived at 7:30am and stayed in the garden whilst we had breakfast. It made us feel very unwelcome.

Na samym początku czekała na nas przemiła administratorka obiektu. Porozumieliśmy się z nią po włosku, jednak jest gotowa, by rozmawiać po angielsku. Wszystko w pełnym humorze, ale i z otwartością na odpowiedzenie na wszelkie zadane przez nas pytania. Pobyt zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Przestronne sypialnie wyposażone w klimatyzacje, duża kuchnia i dużo miejsca na zewnątrz - by wspólnie spędzić poranki przy śniadaniu czy wieczory przy winie. Wspaniały widok zarówno w dzień, jak i w wieczór. Wyposażenie domu - idealne. Nie ma graciarni, a jest wszystko co potrzebne (ręczniki, wyposażenie kuchni). Wymeldowanie - bezproblemowe. Miłe sąsiedztwo. Lokalizacja od centrum Carini - pieszo w stronę miasta super; z powrotem - górska wyprawa. Rekomendujemy mieć wypożyczony samochód. Domek jak i miejscowość jest dobrym hubem na zwiedzenie zachodniego wybrzeża wyspy.

The villa had beautiful views. There was wonderful outside space with pool and barbecue.

The only suggestion for improvement is that we found it a little difficult to find the villa. I think clearer signposting on the roadside would be helpful as the villa is set back off the roadside.
