The house is stunning, it was clean and felt like a home away from home

There was a mix up with the house numbers, and the Wifi password was not where it was said to be. On requesting assistance the staff member was not very polite

Booking was canceled by Host after calling me to confirm that we are booked and IF we are coming thru with an emotional support animal for my daughter. Booking.com had debited my account and then Processes a refund in which funds would only then appear in my account in 7 -12 business days leaving my family of 4 stranded without a place to stay! And no funds!

We really had a good time, it was a home away from home we've enjoyed ourselves and amongst our group 3 of them are coming back with their families. Thanks to Cleo, Precious, Nelly and the rest of the staff members.

Please ladies sort out the oven and the other 2 bedrooms TV WiFi. That's all.

"All was good but the cleaning lady left windows opened and the monkeys got inside ate our fruits up"

Great location and surrounding

I didn't like sharing laundry with other guests which makes it difficult to know who broke or burned something.
