Marco is excellent making sure we are taking care off. The accommodation was beautiful and a great location not to far and a great walk to the marker location

The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the pool was nice, clean, and very well maintained. The host was also very attentive and helpful — she even arranged our tricycle transfers to and from the airport, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few things that did not fully meet our expectations. The surrounding area is still under development, and the road leading to the property is under construction. Although El Nido town is only about a 15-minute walk away, it was extremely difficult to walk there with our 4-year-old child because the road was muddy, unfinished, and there were many stray dogs along the way. We also expected the accommodation to feel more like one large private villa, but the rooms were not connected. In addition, the common area and pool were not truly private, as the wooden doors were accessible and people could enter at any time. During our stay, the person taking care of the pool was sitting on our terrace in the afternoon and even left his phone charging there, which made the space feel less private and comfortable. Overall, I think this place has great potential and could become an excellent stay once the surrounding village and infrastructure are fully completed.

Le cadre est top et les hôtes très gentils. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville qui est bruyant donc à côté de l'animation mais à 10 minutes du trafic ce qui est fait une maison idéale dans un secteur idéal.

Le fait que l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas dans une chambre mais honnêtement ce n'était pas dérangeant vu la chaleur qu'il faisait. Hormis ça et une petit panne de clim dans l'une des 3 chambres tout était bien.

Superbe maison idéalement située, avec le centre d’El Nido accessible en seulement 15 minutes à pied, ainsi qu’une plage accessible à pied en bas de la maison. L’extérieur est très agréable et convivial, avec une belle piscine et une vue magnifique. L’intérieur se compose de trois grandes chambres, chacune disposant d’une spacieuse salle de bain.

I loved everything this property!! Walking distance to town but in quiet Caalan Beach. Absolutely gorgeous views, beautiful rooms and bathrooms- just lovely!! Get the property with the pool. It's worth it. Great restaurant, Jinger, just down the pathway at Cadlao Resort. Marco is the best. He's so kind and welcoming. He checked on us and made sure we had a ride back to the airport plus offered to stow our luggage after check out so we could enjoy El Nido before our evening flight out. Very accommodating.

Loved everything about the property it feels so homely and very well equipped and up-to-date/ modern. The grounds are really well cared for you can tell that the staff there Marco and Lynette take pride in there Villa. In a really lovely area just out from the main strip of town but a 5 to 10 minute walk in.
