We liked that it was private and quiet it was a good place and spot to relax and just chill. It clean and had a great view.

The way going to the villa was a little difficult to go through. The stairway up was a rough patch with uneven patch. Difficult with luggage and if you're with an older group.

Das Airbnb ist nur 15 Minuten vom lebhaften Zentrum entfernt. Am Abend bei Flut weigern sich die Taxifahrer oft den Weg zu fahren bzw. Oft nur gegen Aufpreis. Marco oder Janette waren oft vor Ort bei Fragen. Janette hat ohne Aufpreis sich um das aufräumen der Küche gekümmert. Marco hat sich um unsere Ausflüge gekümmert.

Das Bett war ziemlich hart (ohne richtigen Lattenrost). Es fehlt hier und da an Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Tücher um abtrocknen. Nach Rückfrage wurde aufgeholfen. Marco hat gleich zu Anfang eine Vortrag über die Ausflügen gehalten. Wir wären gerne erst mal angekommen. Das Internet gibt die ersten 3 Tage nicht.

Seconde chambre très peu commode. Une sdb (et un seul toilette pour 4)

Meget lækkert og stort hus med egen pool, som vi brugte meget. Søde og hjælpsomme værter. Lokal stemning.

Ligger et stykke fra byen men i gåafstand (10 min). Lidt svært at finde ved ankomst. Kun Tuk Tuk kan kører frem til adressen.

We (family of 4) stayed in the villa without a pool. It’s a lovely villa with a beautiful garden and in an excellent location, outside of the main town but with lots of very good restaurants close by (we recommend Cool Station or Cadlao for something fancier, and Golden Monkey for excellent cocktails). Marco looked after us very well - 5 stars for our friend, Marco. Thank you!

Tolles Haus, viel Platz, schön gestaltet und gemütlich

Lage, sehr abseits und schwer zu erreichen. Eine Ausschilderung würde v.a. bei der ersten Ankunft helfen. sehr hellhörig und laut. Musik aus der Nachbarschaft früh am Morgen oder bis tief in die Nacht

Вилла очень красивая, современный дизайн чистая, комнаты очень просторные и у всех красивый вид на море. Менеджер виллы Марко был очень милым и дружелюбным

У виллы есть один очень большой минус-это локация. К вилле ведет только две дороги: одна разбитая и с очень крутым склоном где-то среди джунглей, по этой дороге можно проехать только на внедорожнике и с очень опытным водителем (на байке тоже не проехать) Вторая дорога ведет через море и ее затапливает во время приливов и нельзя пройти даже пешком)) Это очень ограничивает в планах, нам приходилось каждый день возвращаться не позже 8 вечера, иначе мы бы просто не попали домой)) Также вторая дорога не ведет прям до виллы, примерно минут 5 нудно идти пешком в гору по очень плохой тропинке. И еще один минус-нет парковки

willa oddalona od zgiełku miasta, ale w zasięgu spaceru. Duża, przestronna, nowoczesna, przyjemne części wspólne, wyposażona kuchnia, również dystrybutor wody pitnej. duży taras z widokiem na ogród. Klimatyzacja, wiatrak. Osoby opiekujące się willą, są w pobliżu i służą pomocą.

wielki minus dla właściciela za sypialnię na strychu. Pokój niepełnej wysokości - NIE MOŻNA STANĄĆ. Bez drzwi, wejście zasłonięte zasłonką (?!). Nie było o tym w opisie. Może fajne dla rodzin z dziećmi - dzieci wślizgną się do spania na poddasze. Fatalne dla 2 par znajomych. Jedni mają piękny duży pokój z oknem tarasowym i wyjściem na taras, blisko łazienki. Drudzy strych. Było to dla mnie bardzo niekomfortowe i wpływa na ogólną ocenę, a cena za nocleg nie była mała. Drugiej rzeczy, której nie widziałam w opisie - to brak możliwości dojazdu autem - przeprawa przez plażę w czasie przypływu. Nie ma parkingu, to się zdarza. Ale zaskoczyło nas, że musieliśmy w mieście szukać trycykli i przeładować się do nich z bagażami z auta. Ciemna łazienka.

There is a dedicated host (Marco) who was very lovely, and waited hours for our arrival to pick us up and help take us to the accommodation. He also gave us an introduction, provided keys, and helped us to arrange our tour guides (both private and group tours). He is sometimes a bit delayed in replying back, potentially due to internet or connectivity issues. Sometimes communication is also a bit unclear, but can be clarified too. He also personally took us to the Lio airport which was very kind of him. The home itself is very spacious with excellent air conditioning. We stayed with 3 people, so the cost was of a poorer value, but I think in large groups, this place is of excellent value.

The location is not right next to the El Nido town, however it is walkable. (~10-15 minutes). With luggage, you can also have it triked. However, note that most trikes will refuse to take you there if it is at high tide - however our host Marco helped us out and managed to find a trike that would take us.
