Sampaguita Villas

Had a fantastic time staying here recently for 4 nights. The villa was very clean and well decorated. We went for the villa without a pool, which in some ways was better as we have a proper indoor kitchen and living room. Though a pool in the heat would have been great too! The hosts were lovely and they offer private tours too which is great. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

The villas are located just out of town. We found them slightly difficult to locate in the dark. I'd advise the host to improve the description.

We loved our stay here! The views were gorgeous, it was well equipped for us to cook breakfasts and Marco was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Other reviews mentioned the location being tricky, but we thought it was perfect to be outside of the busy town but super close that we walked in and out multiple times a day. We are 5 fit and young girls and will note there is a bit of a hill as you enter the property, but no issue for us. There were also good local spots to eat, etc. within a 2 minute walk of the villa if you didn’t want to adventure the 15/20 minute walk into town. We also did an island hopping tour with Marco one day which was AMAZING and beautiful! We spent so much time lounging by the pool and having slow mornings cooking and reading. Our few days there had mixed weather but the set up of the villa meant we could still be outside and covered while enjoying the main space if it began to rain. Rooms were STUNNING, bathrooms gorgeous and good, hot water pressure. Already dreaming about how we can return.

The vila is beautiful and very well equipped. All the spaces are very large and tastefully decorated. It’s located few steps from the sea and if you want to go to the Main Street of El Nido it’s only 10 minutes walking.

Everything was perfect. It will be nice to have a soap for dishes 🤭

The property is stunning. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, spacious and modern

The only downfall is getting to the villa during high tide. Only an issue if you have small children.

The property was beautifully decorated and the staff were very accommodating.

The location was somewhat inconvenient but an easy walk to the town centre.

Recommended. The house is located deep down the road (although it is still pretty close to the central town), so it has a quiet and private atmosphere. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, I felt relieved when I returned from the hustle and bustle of the town. Apparently there are two types of rooms: one with a pool and one without.

Taxis and tricycles cannot enter in front of the house, and you will have to walk for about 2 to 3 minutes along a narrow road.

Stunning villa. Hosts were very friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped us book a boat tour a which was the highlight of our trip. Laundry was very quick and smelt great. Rooms were nicely decorated. View from pool was beautiful.

No toiletries like shower gel and soap in bathrooms which would have improved our stay. Air con was also very cold even when you turned the temperature up!

The owners were lovely and very helpful. The place was very clean and beautiful. Overall great choice. Walking distance to the town square.
