Sampaguita Villas

We really enjoyed our stay at Sampaguita Villas, especially because of the villa’s care taker, Marco. He was very attentive - we managed to get the best private tours booked for the best prices, he took us on land tours and our clothes were cleaned and ready to be worn the next day! We cannot thank him enough as our experience at Sampaguita Villas was enhanced because of him. The Villa was a short walk from the town (about 10-15 minutes) the pool had fresh water from the mountains and was cleaned regularly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and airport pick up and drop offs can be provided upon request for a very small fee in a cute jeepney van.

We loved our stay at Sampaguita villas! It was spacious, clean and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the perfect place to cool down each day. We were so glad that we stayed here and not in the centre of el nido, we loved living among the locals. Highly recommend eating at the local Filipino restaurant kwatro Pwesto, it’s delicious and good value. Thank you for making our el nido experience perfect!

The property had a good view, was in a quiet area of town and had an amazing host.

The way up was undefined, and it was a bit far from town.

We booked the 3 bedroom with pool it is wonderful if you are with a group and require some privacy. Marco and his girlfriend are doing their utmost best to please you in all ways.

There is no proper road to the facility and there are no signs to guide you there. The aircon in our room was not working when we arrived, should have been checked before, and despite all the efforts we slept there for 5 nights without aircon. When we left they finally replaced the aircon no use for us….but for the nest guests good news…there are no toiletteries so you have to bring yourself….furthermore there is no daily cleaning so you have to make up your own bed and keep it clean

The facility had everything you need, the view is amazing, and Marco the caretaker was very helpful and attend to all our needs

Tho location sometimes is challenging especially at high tides, but the walk is fun and the more you will appreciate the beach and mountain views

The property has everything you need, the view is spectacular and Marco the care taker and Janet are so helpful and very eager to help and assist you

Location sometime is not accesible with 4 wheels due to lication and high tide

Absolutely fantastic property. The best in the area. Honestly, you will not be disappointed. The property is maximum luxury but the price is so reasonable. Marco the property owner is on hand 24/7 to help with anything from booking trips, to getting motorbikes, taxi , food, drink , whatever you need. He was absolutely fantastic and made our stay so special and unique. We cannot thank him enough! The property can arrange everything you need with ease and for a great price. Other reviews mentioned the location is difficult but we did not find this at all. It’s literally 5 min from the town by tuk tuk or the property can provide motorbike or scooter very cheaply and it takes 3 min to get to town, regardless of the tide. The owner can also pick up from airport for reasonable price. The property is absolutely luxury and perfect inside and out. The pool area has kitchen fridge drinking water . If this property was in Europe it would be 500-1000 eur per night! Absolutely perfect property and perfect stay! Cannot recommend more highly .
