Smelly bathroom, location is a bit far away from the center, what can be advantage or disadvantage.

Great experience staying here. Conveniently just outside the busy area in Mirissa. All new fixtures, extremely clean huge bed. The manager was more than welcoming — even got free breakfast!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Sameera, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, just like the bathroom, and it was spacious with plenty of natural light. Sameera can arrange everything for you, from tuk-tuks to tours like whale watching and turtle snorkeling. He is always smiling and in a good mood, which makes the experience even better. The location is perfect: close to the beach and only a 15-minute walk from Mirissa center. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you’re never far from good food. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights. One friend forgot his backpack on a bus from Ella, and Sameera went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. He even traveled with us to Matara and made several calls to ensure the backpack was found. Truly outstanding service! With its cleanliness, excellent location, and Sameera's incredible hospitality, we would definitely come back here. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience during my stay! Sameera was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He arranged my scooter rental in no time, which made exploring the area so convenient, and he was always there to assist whenever I needed help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable – everything you could hope for in a relaxing stay. Convenient location: 3min walk to the beach, one kilometer to Coconut Hill. Clean apartment. Friendly owner.

No AC but we were fine without it.

Staff was very sweet and accomodating! He bought us a socket converter and a fresh soap. He gave us an hr extra before check out as we had to do whale watching. He provided us with salt too. Kitchen is available for cooking.Tea and coffee can be made. Milk to be arranged by guest. Hot water in bathroom all day long. Extremely comfortable beds & clean linen. Dryer to hang clothes, cupboard present. Dining table for 2 present in the room. Fan present: helps to dry clothes. Would love to stay again.

An excellent value for money. Very spacious 2 bedroom home with a spacious living room, bathroom and kitchen as well as a dining hall. Attached to the Mirissa Galle road, this villa is just 300 metres from the beach. The house was clean and had a small open garden. The customer service was very prompt and he was willing to accommodate additional requests. Bedrooms have mosquito nets. House also had a washing machine

Nothing to dislike for the amount we paid. The house did not have air conditioning but it did not matter to us because they have fans and weather was pleasant anyway.

The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean. The bathroom looked like it was brand new and the shower was both hot and powerful. The communal area has a kitchen which was great as we had access to a fridge and were able to make coffee. The host is very friendly and allowed us to use snorkeling equipment to see turtles free of charge. The area is also quite quiet and you can get to a beach within a few minutes walk.
