Hotel Sunbee is a winner. Friendly staff, wonderful accommodations and the location was perfect to visit historical sites. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting and want to stay in the Isadong area. Thank you Hotel Sunbee

Die Lage des Hotels Sunbee Insadong ist einfach nur perfekt!!! Es liegt ruhig und trotzdem absolut zentral. Egal, welchen Teil von Seoul wir besichtigen wollten, in wenigen Minuten waren wir an der passenden Bahn oder dem passenden Bus. Für einige Attraktionen benötigt man noch nicht einmal Bahn oder Bus, denn der Stadtteil selbst - Insadong - hat bereits sehr viel zu bieten. Nach einem langen aufregenden Tag in dieser wunderschönen Stadt war unser Zimmer unsere Ruheoase. Ein weiteres Plus: Es war super schnell zu erreichen - ohne Anstehen und Warten am Lift! Unser Zimmer war sehr angenehm ausgestattet - mit Bad und WC getrennt, bequemen Betten, großem Fernseher, Kühlschrank, sehr guter Klimaanlage, Schrank … - und absolut sauber. Wir waren fast eine Woche dort und wären so gern länger geblieben. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Wir haben uns im Hotel Sunbee Insadong sehr wohlgefühlt.

The hotel had easy access to public transportation on a quiet street and close to local restaurants and major attractions. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

I would it definitely come back to this hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and accommodating staff. In fact, while I was there the owner, Kevin, was by chance working the front desk and was incredibly helpful. The location Insa Dong, Seoul was perfect. It was short walking distance to the Insa dong pedestrian shopping street which was lined with fantastic shops, restaurants, and cafés. The small alleyways were so much fun to explore. It was also just a 20 minute walk to the main palace. Gyeongbokgung. The hotel and the area were all very charming. In fact, the owner went out of his way to explain to me that the name of the, Sunbee, means scholar in English because this is the area where the scholars that were attached to the palace lived. Altogether a most pleasant experience.!
