Hotel Sunbee Insadong

It was a good experince to stay here. Staff are so helpful and kind. Location is wonderful you can walk almost every touristical points from the otel. And the most important thing is for me clean 10/10.

The hotel room we booked was clean and spacious. There was plenty of space for our three suitcases. We liked the Korean style room with the floor cushions. The vanity area was nice when getting ready in the morning. The bathroom was spacious as well which made for a comfortable experience after a long day of sightseeing.

Room was spacious. And it’s near to the train station and the main Insadong street. Lots of food choices. And the bed was super comfy. It was surprisingly quiet at night even though it’s near to the shops.

The toilet was a bit tight but it’s manageable, bathroom was spacious but can be a bit slippery so do becareful.

Very spacious with a comfortable King-size bed. It would be helpful if they had plug adapters in the room, but I think they have them available for loan (we bought one). Note that the lack of shower curtain is likely cultural because we noticed it Japan as well - there is a drain outside the bathtub. We really enjoyed our 7-night stay. The location is great - off the busy street so quiet for sleeping, yet easy/quick walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping. Public transit is also nearby, and several major attractions are within walking distance. Free laundry facilities are available for guests (with detergent) and there is 7/24 coffee and water in the attached cafe. Finally, I wanted to highlight the wonderful staff - friendly, polite and provided excellent recommendations.

The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the location was great for getting around to everything we wanted to see and do! The coffee bar was a huge perk after traveling across the pond —made it much easier to get through the initial sludge of jet leg.
