It was extremely spacious and the outdoor area was lovely. Views lovely. The position was great

Pre check in did not work. Two different numbers to the address of the house given before arrival. Had to call the property manager on arrival and very poor signal to do so. Eventually found our way. Recommend ensuring you know exactly where to go before arriving in the old town where there is minimal signal. The kitchen needed tea towels and some basics like salt/oil. No house instructions and no wifi code at the property. Had to call manager again for wifi code. No air con on middle floor. Beds hard.

The pool and views towards Alhambra, spacious rooms

Needs updating, air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom was not working properly. The other three bedrooms there was no air conditioning only fans which were of little use in the August heat. These bedrooms were very hot in mid summer. We were told these rooms are cool in summer with the property being an old villa, this was not correct. The only cool room was the lounge where the air con worked.

The lack of good air conditioning on the 2nd floor. The pillows. The fact that the electricity kept tripping. No welcome information with map, supermarket, Doctor info etc

Villa was beautiful, staff at Holiday home letting agents were brilliant, resolving minor issues professionally and always checking back that all ok

A few issues with electricity- due to bad weather. Couldn't use pool due to bad weather.

The view was amazing. You literally have the Alhambra outside your window. The beds are okay comfort wise, they are two singles tied together but the bedding is generous and pretty. The house is lovely, a big family home. The living room is large and well equipped with comfortable couches and a large dinning table. The garden and pool is lovely. We were warm and happy, thank you.

The central heating didn't work for our first night but the host fixed the problem immediately. The kitchen facilities need repairing and replacing. The coffee pot and juicer are broken. The kettle is tiny. Some of the pots are rusted. A lot of the plates are cracked. The washer and dryer are outside which is worth appreciating in the middle of winter. But none of this ruined our stay. We had a very comfortable enjoyable visit and would come back.

Electricity tripped frequently when using kitchen appliances. No A/C on 1st floor. Pillows not good quality or comfortable. Kitchen would benefit from more large tea cups, more sharp knives, tea towels. Large gas ring was not working.

Wonderful location, garage for the car but would recommend taxi as driving in the albecin area is not for the faint hearted (narrow steep streets, maze like layout, one way systems and occasional roadworks), views are awesome, good bars and restaurants nearby, really lovely place

Pool is a bit run down (but perfectly useable and was vital in 38 degree heat) and you will need something to keep the mosquitoes off! Be useful to have a few kitchen basics like salt and pepper
