Awesome house. Beautifully decorated. Very spacious on 3 floors. Loved the pool - perfect spot to cool off in hot summer. Views of Alhambra are wonderful. Location close to little square with cafes and mini supermarket - but only open later in day. Buses and taxis easy to get near the house or walk into centre of Granada.

The house is in the Albaicin so we’re talking narrow roads which big cars can’t really get down, so if you have a lot of luggage you’ll likely be dragging it up to top of road when you leave. . Not fun in the heat. Taxi drivers don’t want to go down that road. Rooms where aircon is located are lovely and cool. Middle floor - no aircon or fans. Owners should put in ceiling fans to cool the bedrooms on this floor.

The property was in an excellent location, in Granada old town, with beautiful views of the Alhambra

There were only two air conditioned rooms throughout the whole house, the main bedroom and the living room. The aircon units were also too small for the size of the rooms. It was impossible to sleep in the bedrooms on the middle floor as they were too hot. Kitchen was very old and the oven took forever to heat up. The shutters in the bedrooms on the middle floor were broken, meaning that sunlight streaming in made these rooms even hotter. We received terrible service from the agency. We were informed that we would be met at the property as we’d need to show passports etc. Upon arrival (after 8 pm) there was no one to be found. We had no mobile data so couldn’t log into our booking.com account. We eventually managed to log in and had been sent a message with the key safe combination whilst on our flight. It took so long to get into the house that we missed the night tour at the Alhambra we had booked. We received no apology from the agency whatsoever. Despite this setback, we did have a lovely stay in Granada but thought the house was very expensive given the facilities provided and were not impressed with the service we received.

Location was excellent - within walking distance to sightseeing and restaurants. We couldn't believe we had such a gorgeous place with a pool in the centre of town. The views of the Alhambra were stunning. Our host was wonderful and kept in touch the whole time with great recommendations for places to see and eat.

I can't fault the place at all.
