Tulum Jungle Luxury Villa Priv pool & Concierge 4B

Pool war super ruhige Lage, gepflegt und vor allem mit dem Verwalter waren wir mit whats up im Kontakt der uns immer gut informierte.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable and having our own pool was fabulous. Airconned throughout the house. The pool was cleaned every day and there is security at night. Jessica met us on arrival and was super helpful & responsive with suggestions and advice whenever we asked. You do need a car, there is nothing really walkable distance from the villa. But it is not a long drive from stores & restaurants (5-10 minutes) or the beaches (about 15-20 minutes), depending on where you go obviously.

Al een paar weken voor vertrek kreeg ik een appje van Sergio de conciërge. Duidelijke instructies mbt hoe het huis in te komen. Toen er geen bbq bleek te zijn regelde Sergio de bbq van een andere huis. Rustige omgeving, heerlijke plek om te ontspannen

Waterdruk valt tegen, niet heel prettig onder de douche of met afwassen (want geen vaatwasser). Verder zou het fijn zijn als er iets van een lijst is met handige adressen of tips... supermarkt, stranden.

The villa was perfect in every detail, simply we enjoyed our stay ❤️ Sergio the concierge did a great job with us, he helped us a lot, a special thanks to him.

Great location, a bit away from everything, it really did feel like it was set in a jungle. The layout of the building is fun and the pool was a lovely addition.

The layout was pretty cool!

The condo was missing basic things for cooking. Not un a neighborhood for kids. Secluded in the outskirts of tow. Cleaning was done very quickly.

Unfortunately this property was not at all suitable for small children due to the layout, open stairs and pool area. This meant that half of our party had to leave early. We had requested a cot but this was not in the villa when we arrived. We would have liked some printed information about locality and facilities as pdf not always appropriate.

The location is located appprox 1.6km from the main strip which was perfect. It afforded our party to be able to be close to town but away from the party scenes as we had wished. The property was secluded and discreet, as well as a 24 hour security guard. Code access only. The house was emasculate and very well kept. It was worth they stay and would love to stay again.

I wish there would have ben more information available on how to obtain transport if need possibly through a pamphlet or something as well as containing other information such as how to call for an ambulance if needed, or even how to order food to be delivered. We had to figure these things out on our own
