Tulum Jungle Luxury Villa Priv pool & Concierge 4B

The design, the cleanliness and the pool.

The kitchen didn’t have a lot of what we needed and the stove heated unevenly, and the water pressure wasn’t great, and the dining chairs were more in the way than functional. It could’ve had more utensils and pots/pans better to cook with that didn’t smell like burning.

Beautiful villa, loved the sofa area and the beds and pillows were so comfy. Loved the pool.

There isn't a door sweep to prevent the black wasps, centipede and scorpions from coming in. I would also recommend there being another net for the pool being left behind for guests to clean the pool as debris falls into the swimming pool after the morning cleab. If possible, it would be good if there was a function to heat up the pool. It is a good 20 minute walk to Tulum downtown, the taxis are often late do maybe having your own vehicle is better to getting around. Maybe more carpet covering the floor since it is all cement.

The property was beautifully designed and laid out. It’s night the bedrooms were upstairs and had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. It was well equipped with everything we needed and the AC worked great!

The property was very nice and well kept. The accommodations made were amazing. Jessica and Mariana were an amazing help. They really made our trip easy and smooth sailing.

It was exactly like pictures. It was beautiful and well kept. Had security and located in a pretty central area close to shops

A housekeeper was not standard. We had to request one. But once we did, our concierge Jessica ensure we got fresh towels

The property was beautiful but having Jessica help with all concierge services made my vacation the BEST. Jessica was the best throughout my entire stay for booking the private chef, all of my taxis, and constantly checking up on me.
