Cozy house in the forest

המיקום מושלם, שקט ופרטי מול נוף נהדר. ליד הבית זורם פלג נחל קטן וברגל אפשר להתחבר למסלול הליכה כחלק מהפארק הלאומי. בבית חלונות לנוף והוא בנוי בצורה מודרנית ויפה. נהננו להדליק מדורה בערב, וגם מהחיות שמגיעות לבקר הרבה סוסים ופרות. למי שמחפש שקט וטבע מומלץ מאוד. המיטות נוחות החדרים נעימים ויש כל מה שצריך בבית.

אמנם ידענו שאין מזגן ומזג האויר סך הכל בסדר אבל במהלך שעות הצהריים השמש נמצאת בזוית שמחממת את הבית מאוד ונהיה בלתי אפשרי להיות בו. עם תוספת מזגן הבית יכול להיות מושלם. המקלחת ללא וילון או מקלחון שזה לא אידיאלי אבל סך הכל הסתדרנו והיו מים חמים

there were a few things that disrupted our stay: we were there on hot days and there was no air conditioning or fan, which made it unbearable to stay in the cabin during the day due to the heat. The mattresses in the rooms are old and creaky, with springs sticking out and poking the body. The water pressure in the shower is very weak, and the hot water lasts for about a minute before turning ice cold. Many basic items were missing, like a floor squeegee (especially since there’s no shower curtain and water gets everywhere), a broom, trash bags, and more. The price is quite high, and I would expect more attention to these details.

It’s a lovely modern little house surrounded by forest. It’s minimally designed, practical and cosy and about an hour walk from Borjomi. The views are special and the host is very friendly. The fairy lights are very nice! There are lots of places to walk to nearby.

The road and then path to get up to the cabin were not in good condition when we stayed due to work being carried out. It wasn’t easy to walk places because of how muddy and slippy it was. Maybe it was worse because of the rain but it ruined our shoes 😢

Perfect location, right in the forest.

The house located in exceptional place - in the forest close to one of the hiking trails of the Borjomi-Kharagauli Park. At the other hand - there are other houses in 500m, so it is not so wild and scary. The house is fresh build, has everything in the kitchen, beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed to stay there. One can do some fire close to the house in the evening - very romantic place!

Tap water was not so clean (a lot of sand), so we used to buy 5L bottles in the shops. But that is normal for this place, just letting everybody know :)

We liked nothing. They put pics like it's a house alone, and nobody around, but actually there's a caravan 10 meters from you, seperated into two rooms, we had a family and the day after two couples, also parked right next to our door. So there is no privacy at all, like they're trying to show in the pictures, don't belive what you see! The house is dirty, no air condition, not even a fan, behind the couch there are black plastic garbage bags with stuff in it. The beds were awful, you could feel all the springs in it.

In the bathroom brown water is coming out from the tap, shower is broken and you can't make the water warm, only too hot or too cold, impossible to take a nice shower. When you open the shower, all the bath gets wet, the toilet seat, everything. We couldn't open the windows because in the caraven in front of us, like 10 meters away, made a bonfire, we had all the smoke on us. So no air, no aircon, no fan. The host sent her mother to show us the house, she was really not nice. This place is not good enough at all for the money they ask for!

Everything, the location, the tranquility and the treatment of the host was more than wonderful. Thank you very much, I will definitely be back again
