beautifully appointed, spacious and stunning location

Lots to be positive about as this was a really great stay.

The TVs, sofas & bedding are in need of upgrade as they take the excellence away from the stay. It’s the little ‘things’ that make a huge difference.

The Villa was so clean , the view was awesome. We enjoyed walking around in the property. Don’t miss the afternoon walk around the lake. You also will find the river crossing the property which great to walk near it.

No nearby restaurants. Only one in the facility and you have to book prior to go. We drove 6 miles to Aberfeldy town , there are couple of restaurants . We enjoyed eating in an pure Italian restaurant called KBs Italian.

It was decorated and furnished to a high standard. Bed was super comfortable to sleep in.

There was a small issue with the shower head leaking which ended up causing a leak downstairs but we reported this on check out. It only affected us on our last day.

The downstairs heating wasn't working, meaning the living area was like a fridge. I still have a cold a week later as a result

The area Kenmore is one of our favourite places

There was blood smeared over the bathroom wall. It left my fiancé scared and wanting to leave to go home as we had our baby with us and there was a locked fort we couldn’t get in. The weather was terrible so where unable to drive home. We then had to move properties as we had a young baby and felt unsafe by this time it was 10pm and we had to check out at 10am so couldn’t enjoy the stay or relax at all. Absolute waste of £405 and we hope to be refunded as this was no fault of our own but down to the facilities.
