The property was clean, well located and nicely furnished

We found out from a friend staying earlier than us that the restaurant on-site would be closed during our stay. This was queried via booking.com and confirmed. No prior notice of this was given. We were lucky to be able to book elsewhere, however, had we been advised of this in the first place we would not have arranged to stay. Also, included in the advert was a patio with patio furniture which we fully intended on making use of, however, no furniture was present when we arrived. This was brought to the attention of staff but nothing was done to rectify the issue

Lovely and cosy.

A little overlooked by other properties and vice versa.

The location was very good, excellent dog walking around the estate and further afield.

The wifi system was rather slow but this may not be the fault of Mains.
