Very beautiful open house, Best for big families and friends wish were stayed a bit longer

Location was great, staff were super friendly and helpful.

House needs alot of general maintenance, if done, this will be a superb holiday home

We had a very disappointing experience at Villa Monachre. There was a prolonged electricity outage (over 10 hours) and we were never informed beforehand that the property does not have a backup system during load shedding. This made it impossible for us to cook, iron, or properly enjoy our stay. Our food also spoiled due to lack of refrigeration. To make matters worse, the agent was not responding on time, and the caretaker was nowhere to be found, despite being told there is a 24-hour front desk. We had to leave without proper assistance and struggled to return the keys or get our damage deposit back. Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and absence of contingency planning made this stay a waste of time and money.

Spacious, pool was clean, Aircons worked. Staff were super friendly and helped where they could.

One room had no Aircon. Two bathrooms the toilet seats were missing. Front door not operational. Vehicle parking gate often got stuck.

The view and location, spacious, staff were excellent

Toilet seats was non existing and broken, hot tub not working as per advertised on booking.com, cutlery and glasses not good hat to buy own.

The property was clean, my family and I walked to the beach. The view was amazing and plenty of rooms

The location and accommodation is perfect

The place is deteriorating. After going there for 3 years, the place if really going doem. Maintenance is very poor.
