"Séjour fabuleux"

L’emplacement exceptionnel au bord d’un super spot de plongée. L’accueil et la sympathie du propriétaire a été extra. C’est une entreprise familiale et nous avons apprécié le contact avec les locaux. Devant le logement il y a un petit magasin et un petit restaurant où nous avons été très bien accueilli par Renni.

Location is difficult because there are no restaurants open late and no market within walking distance. There is, however, an excellent Memos taco stand and small store

We had a very nice stay at Mima‘s Village, a place little outside of the main tourist spots with a great view in the sundowner. Some people came to that beach place just for this. Short walks to beach clubs for snorkeling or food. Recommended to have a scooter or jeep to come around. Small issues on the first day (shower/air condition) were immediately fixed by friendly host Memo. Free purified water in the room. Best value for price in Cozumel!

"We like simple not all inclusive it was us."

Love the location on the reef snorkeling. Must have rent a car. No big city old country

"Location is everything"

Location, location, location. Walk a few steps north and into the sea, float down while watching fish, and climb out on the beach. Then sit on the front porch and watch the sun set over the water.

The studio rooms in the back are a little bare-bones and don’t always get WiFi, and we couldn’t open the shutters to get light into the room. But therefore we could sleep well and then get out to snorkel.
