Villa Helios

The villa itself is lovely, but is at the top of a very steep hill. It is not at all easy to get a car up the hill to the villa and certainly if you have any difficulty in walking, this is not the place for you. The pool was clean as was the whole villa. We didn't actually meet any of the 'hosts' during our six days there, so I cannot comment on them at all. They did send us a message via booking.com (to which I was unable to respond as it registered as 'undeliverable') to ask if all was well. The villa is in need of a bit of TLC soon, however, as some of the fixtures and fittings were loose and need fixing e.g. one of the balcony doors didn't lock at all.

The view was phenomenal and it was a short distance from the town. Lots of space for a family. Owner was very responsive.

1. If you are driving please note that the hill to get up to the villa is very tight and steep. We had to exit the car and just leave the driver in to get up.

Absolutely everything about this villa was truly amazing, from the location, to the to views, to the owners! Absolutely outstanding. We took our 3 month old baby with us and i asked the owners if there was suitable place for him to sleep. They went above and beyond for us. They brought him a bedside crib and a mosquito net to protect him whilst he sleeps. Thank you Thank you! Your villa made our holiday. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in elounda.

Nice villa over looking Elounda on the quieter side of town. Nice location, good views, with a pleasant walk into town. Villa was well equipped and nicely decorated. Pool regularly cleaned

Only one linen change on day 4 and then nothing (we were there for 2 weeks) Mention should have been made that the road to the property is narrow and steep, if you had a large hire car might prove a problem
