Villa Kaaiti

Le personnel qui assurait la réception et la confection des petits-déjeuner était très agréable et professionnel. Les petits-déjeuner ont été copieux et très bons. L'hébergement correspondait à ce que nous cherchions, le cadre, les chambres, le jardin et la piscine très agréables et les équipements complets.

Notre séjour a été en partie gâché par le chantier de construction d'un grand immeuble limitrophe à la villa, sur lequel de nombreux ouvriers et leurs engins et matériels de chantier, effectuaient des travaux tôt le matin et assez tard, d'autant que tous dormaient sur place. Par ailleurs, à plusieurs reprises, ils pouvaient regarder l'intérieur de l'enceinte de la villa et notamment la piscine dont nous profitions, ce qui a nuit à notre intimité et notre confort.

Nothing, This property spoiled our holiday

This property is not as described and should not be marketed as a luxury or beachfront villa. Upon arrival, we discovered the villa is directly adjacent to an active construction site with constant heavy drilling and noise every day, including public holidays. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing and made relaxation impossible. There is zero privacy. Construction workers had direct views into the outdoor bathroom, outdoor shower, garden, pool, and living areas throughout our stay. Very dusty and very noisy everyday even weekend and on 1st Jan!! The listing is misleading: • ❌ No sea or beach view • ❌ No direct beach access • ❌ Closest beach is at least 1 km away, via steep, hilly terrain and a busy road – not walkable or safe • ❌ The map pin and description give a false beachfront impression The photos are not representative of the actual condition. The villa has dated furniture, poorly maintained gardens, old and dirty bathrooms, and smelly shower drains. The master bedroom was extremely hot, with no blackout curtains, making sleep uncomfortable. This is far from a luxury experience. The owner was arrogant and unfriendly, showing more concern for money than guest satisfaction. Issues were dismissed rather than addressed, and an offer of a complimentary late checkout was made in exchange for withdrawing our complaint, which is inappropriate. We raised these issues immediately upon arrival. Do not book if you value privacy, peace, honesty in listings, or a genuine luxury experience.

Everything about it was comfortable and easy.

A few mosquitoes but spray was provided so okay.
