Amazing place to stay. Host is really flexible, allowed us to check in early, change our booking and store bags until our bus. Really comfortable beds, great communal kitchen and tea point. 15/20 minute walk to centre, but means it’s really quiet. 100% the perfect place to stay in Arequipa.

Absolutely loved this place. The room is spotless & nicely decorated. The owner is easy & great to communicate with. The area and house are really pretty with loads of vegetation, you have access to fully equipped kitchen and this room has it's own private garden. I loved this little garden so much I barely went out sightseeing as I found myself wanting to spend my days in it.

Beautifully finished property. Room was spacious with lots of storage. Location was in a very safe, quiet neighbourhood (gated) and about 20 minute walk to the centre. Nice communal areas to relax both outside and in.

Hot water ran out quickly, and they were a little late checking us in which nearly led us to miss a tour we'd booked. Nothing major.

The room and the house are amazing ! Really big and comfortable bed. The have tea at disposal. The gardens are really cute and it is a quiet area which we appreciate a lot.

Wifi was sometimes very slow and the property is very difficult to find (even the taxis didn't know the address). Moreover I think it will be great if the host would tell us where the supermarket and best restaurants of the area are because not everything is on Google maps.

Excellent room and kitchen facilities. Very clean and has everything you need. very affordable price and great value for money. would definitely recommend this place- excellent value.
