Lovely staff, clean and only a 10months walk to Bingin beach!

Lots of construction in the area but that is due to lots of developments within Uluwatu.

"Water and Electricity cuts during midday heat"

Nice host and nice house

1st bedroom smelled like wastewater/sewage possibly due to the tank being right beside it. There were ants all over the kitchen. There was a power cut for 4hrs on our only full day in the house. We were only given notice by the host 1 day prior to arriving that there might be electricity and water cuts due to works in the area. 1 day notice meant it was too late to book anywhere else and we were already on the way to the villa. For 4hrs in midday heat we had no air conditioning, couldn't charge phones and couldn't shower after exercise, it was horrible. I understand it is a location electricity issue and not the villa itself, however the host made it seem like it never happens when in reality the water and electricity cuts happen everyday if not a couple times a week. For the price of the villa per night I expect full electricity and water facilities. I would not book this place right now if you are a family with children as the cuts are so unpredictable you could end up being in the house during the day at 30° with no aircon. It's a shame because the hosts are lovely and the house is lovely but these cuts really hinder your time there.

Amazing house with nice garden and very practical pool for swimming. Very good communication with the host, every day cleaning, drinking water refill. Living room area is so comfy to chill, aircondition works well in every room.

it was close to the beach. simple rustic but charming. Very easy to get to the main points in the area.
