Villa Ale Bingin

The villa is a spacious villa ,the structure is wood and the details are stunning. Other guests wrote the villa need maintenance,totally wrong. the villa is really clean and the bathrooms are all clean and close , each bedrooms has private bathrooms The staff was great and super helpful.

The villa is even better in person, so beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly, I asked for help and they immediately respond. The location is also pretty good. I recommend this villa and will definitely return!

Location was great, friendly staff

Bathrooms need to be updated. Mould in the shower recess which I saw previous comments mentioned the same issues. The owners need to rectify asap. There is not enough air ventilation in the bathrooms which also does not help. Staff are doing their best to keep the property clean but here are a few maintenance issues that I’m sure the owners are aware off. Otherwise we loved our stay. We are not fussy people

The property was as the photos, the pool was amazing and sun drenched all day! The beds were comfortable and linen was clean. There was cold and hot drinking water available. The decor was divine.

Nothing everything was perfect

The property itself has a beautiful layout and it's in a good location. We had a problem with flickering lights in the main room when we arrived. When we brought it to their attention, they addressed the issue and fixed it immediately. It's unfortunate that the owners don't have the same sense of urgency when it comes to maintaining the villa and keeping it clean for their guests, especially considering the price they are charging.

There were a surprising number of dirty objects in the villa. We notified them of many of these issues within the first 24 hours of our arrival: • Moldy bedroom and living room pillows (photos included) • Moldy bathroom mats (photos included) • Moldy pool chair pads (photos included) • Very dirty AC filters Other observations regarding our stay: • Splintering wood and exposed nails in wood floor • Pans had rust and peeling Teflon which ended up in our food. • Kitchen is not well equipped–There is no chopping knife, no cooking oil, no salt or pepper and only two coffee/tea mugs for the entire 3-bedroom villa. All of these issues prevented us from feeling comfortable and having a relaxing stay. As other reviewers have repeatedly mentioned, the place is in need of a deep cleaning. With some normal preventative maintenance and replacement of dirty and worn objects, this villa would have been a wonderful place to stay.

This villa is perfect for the group or family wanting space and extra bedrooms at a great price. The property is large, with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

The bathrooms need attention - renovations or a deep clean, as there is quite a bit of mould. The whole place is a bit tired and could do with serious cleaning.
