Villa Deluxe La Marina Beach

Company are scammers! Patio doors lock was broke on the door, we had to use the shutters on the patio to ensure no one would gain access to the Villa which was not ideal. Paid 1,000 euros for deposit which was 917 pounds. We left the property on 28th September and was advised the deposit would be returned within 10 working days. At weeks form retuning still not deposit, we spoke with the person who dealt with us and who took the deposit they stated they no longer work there and was nothing they could do. Communication from the company was awful. They made up any excuse not to return the deposit. Told us every time they messaged it has been proceeded. I have never known a deposit to take nearly 5 weeks to be processed from Spain to the UK! They then went on to say that they have experiences a major issue with the payout system and they had been hacked! Another reason not to send the money over. After threatening them with solicitors they said they would do a transfer – not sure why they couldn’t have done this 5 weeks ago but could do a transfer when they had been hacked haha! Absolute jokes When we receive the deposit back it was £70 less than what we originally paid. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

On arrival we had to pay a deposit that we were gonna get back after the stay. 3-4 weeks later we still havent got our money back! And no one is replying!!!

Мы были на вилле неделю . В целом 9,5 из 10. Басейн был идеально чистым и убирался раз в два дня. Много места для личных вещей. У каждой комнаты свой санузел . Риелтор, который нас встречал был идеально приветливым. Связался за несколько дней, встретил даже в час ночи , шел на уступки и пытался помочь с поздним выселением. Зеркала были чистые, окна намытые. Все было чистенько. Был утюг и доска. Пылесос. Удобная стиралка и сушка.нам было очень комфортно и класно там. На бассейне есть круг и матрас. Гриль работает прекрасно. Море близко 7 минут пешком. Пляж нормальный.

Немного не понравилось то, что доска для нарезания была очень старая и поношенная, чашки были изношенные , хоть и когда то красивые. Сеты под тарелки в пятнах. Бокалы для пива надбитые. Чайник не закрывался и плохо работал. Сковородки и кастрюли требуют обновления. Тарелки были хорошие . К посуде были вопросы , как за такие деньги. Но это ничего не испортило. Вилла очень хорошая . Совет для гостей: возьмите машину в аренду заранее, такси не охотно приезжают по программе. Иногда были проблемы. Когда взяли машину в аренду , стало легче.

Tha villa is beautiful and well maintained. Lots of parking and the rooms were a good size and clean.

El wifi no era muy rápido y siendo una villa aparentemente de lujo creo que cuidando algunos detalles la experiencia podría ser mejor. Se cobra suplemento por llegada tardía a partir de las 21h (cuando se podría poner un keybox), no había lavavajillas y apenas jabón o papel higiénico, la recarga de la bombona para la barbacoa la tiene que pagar el huésped... pequeños detalles que no suponen ni 30 euros pero que dejan mal sabor de boca.

Lovely modern villa, beautiful pool and outdoor area. Well equipped kitchen. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Close to beach. Felt safe. Staff we met were lovely. Owner dropped us off at Lidl so we could do a big shop, which helped massively.

The distance from shops-ok for adults but not for little legs. No gas for barbecue- we had to cook it indoors. Without a car we couldn’t have got a new cylinder.

Great villa that is modern and clean. Just waiting for the deposit to come back 😁

The pillows weren’t comfortable and there weren’t enough. The extra ones didn’t have any covers. Some of the blinds were broken but the shutters worked so that was good
