Everything. The availability, the service and kindness of the staff, the big villa right at the clean beach, and big, clean private pool. The boat trips to the near islands with snorkeling.. And the safe and secure location..

The TV could have smart model with access to more international channels. Had not always hot water in the bathroom.

Room was nice-room was big. The pool was wonderful. Staff were very friendly.

Room kind of smelled and a lot of flying insects. Beach had a good amount of trash, although beyond control of the hotel.

After all this villa could be a nice, remote place to have rest. The fragipani trees in front of the infinity pool and the seaview is amazing, in certain weather conditions you can see the Agung volcano in Bali from here. The bedsheets are from nice material (cotton sateen), it’s comfortable. The morning coffee is delicious. The staff come to clean every day if you want. It’s lovely to see the old lady to sweep up the fallen flowers and leaves twice a day. The garden is quite nice.

First of all, the currently uploaded photos are at least 10 years old. This whole place is ruined by weather, lack of maintenance is quite visible. The beach is dirty, the area is covered by garbage too. You can’t open or close the doors and windows - just partially. The ACs are very old, broken, the AC in the living area simply blows warm air. The lights are also half-broken, the ventillator in the bathroom is very-very noisy. There’s no fresh water in the building, instead there some sort of cleaned sea water coming out of the pipes: in the kitchen, shower, everywhere. If you wash the dishes, they are stained because of the salty water. This is a very important detail that has to be written in the description…and there is no drinking water available in the house. The water pressure is also much less than enough, there is no stable warm water, so taking a shower is a challenge: either it burns your skin, in the next moment it’s cold again-and you can’t control it. The kitchen is a mess, stinky, broken shithole. Lack of utensils - the 2 plates and some forks and knives were greasy and dirty, and gekkos live in the empty cupboards. There are also ants and flies, but at least there aren’t any mosquitos… The breakfast is boring, you can just ask egg variations with the cheapest shitty toast bread and 3-4 sad pieces of veggies. The staff (owners) appear randomly in the villa without any notification. Usually they came for cleaning after breakfast, so after a couple of days we figured that after 10am they came to clean the villa, so by that time we tried to get dressed at least, and be outside, so they can do their job.  But this was one of the most annoying things, since you came to a private villa to have some privacy, but in the end, random ppl appeared in the courtyard or in the house any time. There is nothing in the neighborhood-it seemed nice, but in real life you can walk to the supermarket on the road risking your life because of the traffic.

It was a great secluded place to relax for a few days. The villa is very spacious and right on the beach, which at high tide is very beautiful. It was great to have a private pool and the beach right in front. This accommodation has the nicest and cleanest beach portion in the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arranged through them private transport from and to Bangsal harbour. They were kind enough to stop on the way to a mall, in order for us to shop for food. For meal options, you can eat at the nearby Silver Fern hotel.

This villa has great potential but is in need of some improvements. The fridge should be replaced with a bigger and newer one. There is no regular or microwave oven, just a very small electric oven, which isn't of much use. There aren't enough plates, cutlery, pots and pans. The living room air conditioning doesn't work too well and isn't enough for the big space. The water pressure isn't great and it felt like they are not using normal water, but desalinated water. The shower is not a great experience because your skin feels dry and smelling of sea water. Also, when you wash the dishes, a salty taste lingers on them. The light is very dim and could be improved with better light bulbs. Noise can be heard coming from the road and mosques, so be aware if you are a light sleeper.
