The private swimming pool and the size of the place. It is really close to the ocean and there are nice places to sit everywhere inside and outside the house. It was also very private and we could really relax here. Breakfast was nice with toast, fruit, juice, tea or coffee and eggs of your choice. For dinner, they drove us to a nearby restaurant for free.

The house is a bit rundown. The shower in one of the bathrooms did not work, for instance. One of the bedroom doors had difficulty closing, one of the locks from the doors from the living area to the garden did not work and the windows from the livingroom to the pool did not close properly. All in all, for the price we expected more of this villa.

Lovely house in a calm and beautiful location. Staff is incredibly helpful and drives you everywhere. Really enjoyed our stay there.

It's a bit far from anything. There is one restaurant in driving distance but otherwise there is not much around

I recently stayed for a short while at Star Sand Beach Resort and I had a great time. It's worth mentioning how spacious the villa is and how comfortable the beds are. Additionally, the view of the open ocean and the sunset that you can enjoy from your private pool is really something special. What truly made my experience exceptional was the incredibly helpful staff, especially August and driver Parwadi. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, and we felt truly taken care of. One thing to remember is to take some mosquito spray with you, but other than that, it was a truly great experience.

The property was spacious and a lovely pool next to the beach (shingle beach with lots of ground up coral) The staff were super helpful and friendly

The property would benefit from a freshen up, there was an odd smell in the rooms that we were told was due to a new thatch roof, the recent rains had made it smell a bit, after a airing for a bit the smell went away but would come back after everything was closed up for a while.

The location and Yathie was wonderful with assistance the manager kindly took us to local restaurants. The snorkelling straight out front and pool overlooking the ocean is fantastic. I'd only say please fix some of the tired interior especially clean the dirty kitchen fascilities
