The breakfast is good and nicely presented. The senior staff member (who personally cleaned the floor on the second day) is friendly and attentive. He always did his best to meet our needs.

On the day we arrived, the floor throughout the house was very dirty. We mentioned this to the manager and he replied that it was just the way it was, that they couldn’t clean the floor any better. The fact is that the following day the floor was cleaned and looked much better. Although the natural wear and tear stains were still visible, it was clear that the floor had been properly cleaned this time. The kitchen, overall, was very dirty. Pots, plates, chopping boards (absolutely disgusting and unusable), and the kitchen cupboards had dead insects and food residue. I bought products to cook with, but we lost the will after seeing the general state of the kitchen. In the bedrooms, the pillowcases were full of yellow stains. The cleaner’s response was: “They came like that from the laundry.” They eventually replaced the pillowcases with new, unstained ones but the unpleasant impression (the feeling of disgust when laying my head on the pillow at night) remained. The general condition of the towels, rugs, pouffes, mosquito nets and bed sheets shows heavy wear and tear. All of these items urgently need replacing with new products of better quality. On the second day we had to shower with cold water because the gas ran out. In the afternoon, when we returned, our villa door was open and there was a cat inside. There were three cats constantly going in and out of the house through an open passage. Apart from the cat, anyone could have entered and taken whatever they wanted. The accommodation is right next to a mosque and every day at 4 a.m. you can hear the call to prayer as if the muezzin were inside the rooms. In addition, you can hear all the noise and conversations from people in the street and from the neighbouring houses. In short: the house itself is nice, it has potential, but it is poorly maintained and gives off a sense of neglect. And for those looking for a few days of rest, this is not the right place.

La villa es preciosa, la habitación muy cómoda y la piscina como la foto, grande para una pareja. Disfrutamos del desayuno flotante en la piscina y nos encantó la experiencia.

Algun día oíamos algo de ruido, pero nada que fuera a estropear nuestra instancia en esta villa que fue increíble.

A little walk to things Air-conditioning did not work very well

Beliggenheden, faciliteterne og den søde og servicemindede vært. Ligger på den bedste del af øen med en kort gåtur til stranden og gode spisesteder (prøv Pituq - genialt sted). Personalet var virkelig hjælpsomt og man får høj værdi for pengene. Hyggelig ø-vibe som giver noget hyggeligt afslappet modspil, hvis man som os har været på mere klassiske resorts forud for turen til Gili Air.

Eneste der ikke levede op til forventningerne var, at ingen af de to sikkerhedbokse som hørte til en store Villa fungerede ved ankomsten. Vores vært arbejde på højtryk for at fikse det, da vi gjorde opmærksom på det, og han installerede en ny dagen efter omend den ikke var skruet fast i væggen. Det ville således være en smal sag for en ubuden gæst at tage en ligge boks under armen og løbe med den (virkede som en billig sag købt på Temu eller lignende). Men det var vitterligt det eneste som ikke imponerede.

We had a lovely stay at Anahata for our honeymoon. The location was great, just a few minutes cycle to the beach and easy to get to restaurants in the evening. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Julian, who was helpful by giving us tips for places to visit and help with transfer off the island. The breakfast was also really nice and we would highly recommend staying here.

Exactly as it is advertised. Bikes were supplied, breakfast options were plenty and flavoursome, air conditioning efficient. Bubba and his team were delightful who made sure your holiday was as relaxing as possible. Great recommendations for places to eat and things to do on the island.

Did not miss not having a tv and to be honest would have detracted from the serenity.
