Breakfast was even more wow with 12 different kinds of local breads, fruit salad, eggs and coffee. Room exceeded expectations. High ceiling and lofty comfy beds. The bathroom was a feature on its own. Roomy is an understatement! I love how it's so spacious and close to nature. The host were most helpful with arranging our transport to Sigiriya and even to Nilaveli for the next part of our trip. She also arranged for our laundry to be washed and it came back nicely folded within 12hrs. Really quiet and serene despite the convenient location. Plenty of good restaurants within a short tuktuk ride or stroll.

La amabilidad y seriedad con los horarios y las gestiones de la propietaria. Jungle Shades Villa es el negocio de una familia que vive al lado y ha construido dos villas y un comedor. Por tanto, el servicio es personalizado. Esto se traduce, por ejemplo, en un desayuno completísimo y opciones de cenas caseras y abundantes a muy buen precio. La preparación de platos típicos de Sri Lanka es extraordinaria. Nosotros estuvimos en una villa con dos grandes camas y preciosas y prácticas mosquiteras y con un baño amplio y abierto. La ducha es una gozada. Agua caliente al instante entre dos árboles que se mecen con la brisa. El porche de la villa invita a leer o descansar. Y más si la propietaria invita a un agradable café. Contratamos el safari a Kaudulla a través de ella y todo fue milimetrado. El alojamiento está situado estratégicamente para visitar con comodidad Sigiriya, Dambulla y los parques nacionales de Minneriya y Kaudulla.

Madushika e la sua famiglia sono meravigliosi e l’accoglienza nella loro struttura, Jungle shade Villa ad Habarana, è stata fantastica! Hanno personalmente curato con gusto il design delle due casine immerse nella giungla, che rispettano totalmente l’inserimento in un luogo naturale, vi troverete davvero in un’atmosfera magica! La colazione e la cena che prepara Madushika sono molto buone e consigliate: esperienza perfetta per conoscere la cucina srilankese. Oltre a tutte queste note positive, ci ha aiutato ad organizzare i vari spostamenti e ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa! Consigliatissimo! Ps. Avrete il piacere di vedere scoiattoli, uccelli meravigliosi e anche qualche scimmietta ☺️

Very nice place in a beautiful and quiet garden. Awesome meals prepared by the owner who is very helpful with everything. She arranged airport transfer for us. Every site in the Dambulla-Sigiriya region can be reached easily.

La localisation : presque obligatoire de dîner à l’hôtel car nécessité de traverser plusieurs routes non éclairées (et à l’entrée de la jungle) Le prix : logiquement car sans alternative, les repas (moyens) sont facturés au dessus des prix du pays

Очень необычное место проживания, джунгли, бунгало. Нам понравилось !!!! Утром разбудили прыгающие по крыше мартышки ! Было супер !

The host was so welcoming, the bungalow top specification, beautifully designed, so much attention to detail & so clean. The breakfast was amazing and the home cooked supper by Dilani was absolutely incredible; 7 different Sri Lankan dishes! We recommend this place unreservedly. An absolute find!
