Cross Bali Breakers

We have stayed in numerous five star hotels across the world, from St Moritz to Dubai, yet the level of service and genuine kindness we experienced here was truly beyond compare. From the very first moment, everything felt immaculate and heartfelt. The service was attentive, caring and impressively swift. The food was consistently excellent, the atmosphere vibrant and relaxed, and availability at all times outstanding. Rendy, in particular, deserves special recognition. He is in a class of his own. From the outset, he guided us through our restaurant and bar experiences with exceptional grace, deep knowledge and natural elegance. A true five star host who embodies excellence in every sense. His explanations, including those of the local wines, were thoughtful, engaging and delivered with genuine passion. Our villa was spectacular, impeccably maintained and serviced to the highest standard. Housekeeping did an outstanding job throughout our stay. We also made use of the laundry service, which was priced very reasonably and delivered flawless results. The private outdoor area was beautifully designed, featuring a stunning pool, two comfortable seating loungers, an outdoor sideboard with sink, and a dining table for two, creating a perfect balance of privacy and comfort. The shared pool areas were consistently pristine and exceptionally well maintained. Service staff were always nearby and attentive, whether we were ordering by the pool, relaxing on sun loungers, in our room, or anywhere else on the property. What stood out most was the people. The team at Cross Bali Breakers remembered our names from the very first day and consistently approached us in a warm, personal and genuinely friendly manner, which made the experience feel deeply special. Evenings were thoughtfully curated, with traditional flute performances that were truly impressive, as well as live music and barbecue nights that added to the relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

It was private

The location, the air con didn’t work at first they did fix it eventually. But it should’ve been checked prior to arrival. The rust on the taps wasn’t nice to see.

Excellent service, everyone was really lovely and made us feel welcome; from housekeeping, restaurant and the hotel management The hotel is modern and well maintained. Everything is meticulous The food is delicious

Cannot complain about anything

Serene location and spread out with no disturbance from other patrons even at good capacity. Very polite and helpful staff. Very well maintained facilities and responsive staff when encountering any issues. Great to have choice of a big common pools and private plunge pools in each villa.

The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in had the private pool sort of weirdly positoned between main entrance to the villa and the bedrooms which looked nkce but nit very practical or safe when having small kids. But I guess it does look nice which would be main point of a luxury looking villa accomdation. Also not a kids safe pool due to no way of restricting kid's access to the pool other than locking them in the bedrooms until an adult is ready to supervise them.

The breakfast was good. Tuywen hosted us really well for breakfast & lunch.

Not a good value for money. Location is in middle of no where. There's no good views from resort. No beach/market nearby. You have to go by taxi to anywhere. SPA is extremely costly even for guests staying at resorts.

It was great living in a villa with a private pool. We could the pool when didn’t feel like going out. Tv with Netflix and YouTube access also was amazing. Our kid absolutely loved it!

There were a couple of days when WiFi was down after a huge storm and it took the hotel some time to fix it. But that’s also kinda not their fault
