The only positive thing was the friendly staff.

The hotel management was extremely poor. They kept trying to change my room without any proper explanation, and in the end they didn’t even provide the room we had originally agreed on. The bathrooms were very poorly ventilated and uncomfortably hot — it honestly felt like a sauna. The private pool in the room had extremely weak circulation and filtration, with visible debris floating in the water. Although there is a minibar, it’s practically empty. No bottled water is provided apart from the limited daily refill, and even if you want to purchase extra bottled water, it’s not available. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment. This is the first time I’ve gone out of my way to leave a negative review. Considering the high price, the value for money is extremely poor. Even hotels that cost one-fifth of this price would be a better option. I would not recommend this hotel.
