The doors don't close properly and everything is old and dated

Lots of space in villa and a large swimming pool that was clean and full size fridge which helps when you have drinks and food stocked up. Beds and pillows were okay, mattress a bit soft and worn and could do with replacing. The pool table was a good addition although it was in a VERY bad state of disrepair. Staff were helpful and responsive as is always the case in Bali.

The entire villa was old, extremely run down and 'tired'. The living area was open to air so not sealed off which in humid weather means it was uncomfortable to use the sitting area if you even wanted to sit on the most awful and uncomfortable stained and dirty lounge. The lounge also was positioned behind the pool table so you could not really view the quite small TV that was positioned near the kitchen. So basically you swam and then when dried off you had to retreat to cool down into the bedroom which was the only cool area. There were broken tiles in pool and on edge and cut my fingers when getting out. The pool table was old and badly stained and balls had markings rubbed off, clearly it had been in the rain due to the open air design of villa, although functioned okay. The kitchen area was horrible and worn and didn't feel like an area that I would want to prepare any food. The bathrooms were okay but there was no hot water until I reported to reception staff there was a problem, there were only two very small and thin worn out bath towels and no bath mats which was needed due to the shower wetting the entire area. There were multiple stairs within whole villa so not suitable to older persons with mobility issues but this was not clear in description of residence when booking. The location is out of the way and a long walk to nearby restaurants without any pathway. The entire villa simply felt grotty and unkept and needs a few dollars spent to bring it up to standard, I would rate it as 2 or 3 stars at the most and would not book again. In fact we found another hotel as I could not relax and enjoy this villa and so we moved even though we knew we had already paid in advance.

Sooo lovely place, stuff are amazing, really helpful, nice, kind and with heart in a hand. Had a great time here. Very close to the beach, markets and other places.

Very slippy floors after rain, technically very central and good location but bit of a walk to restaurants due to the road positioning
