This is the perfect cottage to explore Matakana. Right in the heart, you are able to walk to the shops, restaurants, cafes, and brewery but it is quiet and peaceful.

Gorgeous old cottage that has been really beautifully decorated. Spacious inside and out - 4 people not at all cramped. Sunny, bright and light. Fantastic location in centre of Matakana village. Just walk out the door to restaurants, cafes, shops.

Only Venetian blinds in the house, no curtains or Roman blinds that would help block out light in bedrooms. A bright streetlight shines in the front bedroom at night and in the summer a very early wake up with the sun.
