No tv insructions couldnt get sky. The property is overpriced I have stayed in many five star properties around the world for less The outside offers very little privacy from passing traffic.

Really nice comfortable cottage in a brilliant location, easy access and parking, great communication by the host. Would definitely stay here again.

It was all good

Beautiful location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms and living area. Hosts left special touches like chocolate and ice creams and wine.

I needed to contact hosts regarding how to check in less than an hour before arriving. Damp, musty smell in the rooms and lounge- dissipated when doors opened but returned at night. Freezer was frozen over and we couldn't close the fridge door properly because of this. Need better blockout in the rooms because the street light shines onto the bed even with the blinds drawn. Disherwasher was full when we arrived and I had to empty it.

Stunning little cottage. Lovely fresh flowers on arrival and little extras like using local coffee and bathroom goods. Fabulous location right in the Matakana Village.

Television channels are very limited although we had the option of using the Smart apps.

Great location, second visit cause I loved it so much first time. Wonderful to be on the doorstep of the market and restaurants.
