Villa Theile

The apartment was easy to find. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing in a very hot July in Positano.

The place could be managed a little better. We had no towels when we arrived and had to go up to the hotel Posa Posa to ask for some. Then the hot water ran out and we never found out why. The water was shut off in the town for two nights but we were only informed the following morning, despite calling the hotel. There is a shortage of cups/ plastic glasses and the villa could use a laundry basket. We had no supplies when we got there and there was nothing in the villa ( other than minibar in the fridge). It would have been a nice touch to leave something complementary for our arrival as the closest shops are a walk uphill.

Beautiful property! Was able to use the amenities at Hotel Posa Posa, where check in/check out were. They arranged transportation for us and came anytime we needed. Way above expectations 🤩

A wonderful stay, the Villa is very spacious and in a beautiful location.

Nothing. We loved everything.

Location is ok, not in centre or near the main beach, 10 minutes walk.

It is more for one family with kids less for two couples. The Jacuzzi is not heated, so not for real use.

The landscape is breathtaking from the terrace. It is probably one of the best views while drinking your coffee. The villa is nice and spaceous- it is probably nicer than what you can see the photos 😊 The host provided (by cost) coffee, drinks which was very nice knowing that we have arrived late in the night. The villa is located 5-10 minutes to the area where you can find some local shops and restaurants.

Climbing stairs in any direction:)) requires some practice before but it was a great workout

Villa Theile superseded our expectations! The villa was enormous with three floors & plenty of space throughout. The decor and ambience is truly indicative of Positano on the exquisite Amalfi coast. The beds were so comfortable with extra comforters for those cooler days. I truly loved the size of the master bathroom as it offered plenty of space and lighting. Moreover, I want to add that the safes in all bedrooms worked perfectly. The terrace had picture perfect views of Positano, and the Mediterranean Sea. The space of this terrace was expansive with plenty of seating, lounge chairs, and an outside dining set. I would like to give kudos to Angelo for making my daughters 18th birthday celebration special by adding a fabulous Italian banner and decorations. Furthermore, Angelo remained in contact with us prior to our arrival. He answered all my questions and offered additional information to make our stay at Villa Theile perfect. One last thing I would like to mention is this spectacular villa is close to shops, restaurants, and about a 10-minute walk to Spiaggia Marina Grande beach. This is a chic top-notch villa offering everything a family would need while vacationing on the posh elite Amalfi coast.

There isn't anything I didn't like about Villa Theile. I would however, like to recommend adding one full length mirror in one of the bedrooms ;-)

The location was good as far a views but 300 steps down for a swim & 300 back up after . It was large, modern & had large bedrooms & good airconditioning. Large kitchen for tea, coffee , or cooking in . 5 min Walk to shops & restaurants. Overall 8/10 .

Unfortunately the safes in the bedroom did not work so could not lock away passports & money which was annoying . All TVs were Brocken & staff came to check but had no idea of how to connect or fix .
