Snakes came to the bathroom, 2 times. They did not even send anyone to catch a snake first day, so I made a photo and only then they came. Both snakes were not dangerous

Skvělá vila se vším co člověk potřebuje. Bazén a hlavně správci Chandra a Ananta byli mimořádně nápomocní. Bohužel mi kreditní kartu spolkl bankomat a slečny se mi snažili pomoci jak jen to šlo a to ihned.

Je to trochu dál od všeho ale i tak super

The only nice thing I can say about this Villa was the lovely Balinese lady who greeted us and the gentleman who returned the next day to return my ID. Other than that... there isn't much I liked. In fact it was extremely disappointing and I feel I was fooled by the photos (clearly taken a very long time ago) and the description.

Where to begin. The Villa is old and tired. There has not been any maintenance, furniture or decor updates for likely 15 years. There were yellow stains on the bed Doona. The doors did not close completely. The sliding door is broken and has been for quite some time. There are holes in the roof which allows lizard poo to fall onto the beds and floor. Because of the holes in the building structure it's easy for wildlife to come into the kitchen, lounge area and bedrooms. Our rooms had lizard poo on the beds, floor and in the bathroom. The staff say they cleaned the villa before our stay but it would have been impossible to miss the amount of poo so I don't believe the Villa was cleaned at all. There were so many geckos and 2 large lizards in the house when we arrived. The lady said she would get ride of them but when we returned from getting food there were both still there. We immediately wanted to leave and I contacted the host manager. She didn't not reply for ages so it meant we all had no choice but to stay due to the late hour. All 4 of us ended up sleeping in the upstairs bedroom. My husband and I slept on the couch. It was the worst night sleep. I did finally receive a message back from a different host manager who advised they would be there to clean the next morning but we didn't feel safe to stay. We were grossed out, Scared to enter another room and find more wild life. So we felt like we had no choice but to leave and find another villa. Thankfully the host manager returned my ID the very next morning and we were able to leave and move to another Villa. If you are the owner and reading this. Please. Either remove your property from this site or take the time to update the Villa make it safe, and make it clean. I feel very ripped off and it left a very bad taste and impression of Uluwattu.

De vriendelijkheid en snelle service

De hygiene, de deur naar het zwembad die niet op slot kon, de tegels in het zwembad waren kapot en erg scherp aan de voeten, de tv boven is niet aangesloten. Sommige foto's op booking zijn verouderd.
