it’s history, however it’s now totally unloved, filthy and no hot tub despite being advertised as having a functioning hot tub!!!

Where would I start?? communication awful, filthy awful shower upstairs, that is constantly leaking, broken glass all over children’s play area, house hasn’t been cleaned, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They take your money but don’t care about your experience, broken boiler, one toilet upstairs to serve 8 guests as en-suite doesn’t have toilet!?!? Dirty bbq left in middle of garden, someone’s laundry left in machine, so unbelievably disappointed and when I contacted the first point of contact and asked to speak to manager the lady was evasive and would not tell me who manages/owns this property!!!

The house was ideal for our family stay. It provided plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, the generous kitchen and dining room was particularly nice, but having the whole house and garden space meant we were all very comfortable at all times. The place was warm, comfortable and quite stylish in places. I will not hesitate to stay here again next time I am in town.

While the en suite bathroom was great, the shower and toilet upstairs was a little bit frustrating. The shower had a leak that resulted in water squirting over the top of the enclosure, and the lights were on a motion sensor that left you in the dark a lot. There was also no lock on the door, which could be a point of frustration for some.

Good size property, comfortable beds and catered for my 6 month old son very well with high chair and crib. perfect for what we needed as a family.

How spacious the property was. Access to a fridge/freezer/microwave and cooker., and Netflix.

Lack of instructions on arrival and departure. No list of previous disrepair/ damage to the property prior to entering the property. There was no house- keeping so we had to use the same sheets and towels all week. The shower in the en-suite bathroom did not worki…… None of the toilets/bathrooms as a lock.
