Peaceful Pet Friendly 1 bedroom cottage on 1 acre

Best place to stay in North Hobart! Peaceful (no traffic sounds at all, no neighbours), surrounded by nature (including Rosella's, kookaburras, ducks and rabbits). You'll find an open plan studio that has a good bed, great heating/air conditioning, wifi, snacks on arrival and fresh eggs from their own chickens as well as a BBQ and outdoor seating area. Perfect place to watch birds that visit. I stayed here three months and wouldn't have left if I had the choice. She offers fresh sheets and towels each week. As well as a space in the Cattery if needed and available. It is located only a couple of minutes from the beautiful derwent riverside which hosts multiple options for dinner or brunch and two grocery stores. Laundromat is about 10 mins away. Hazel is warm and welcoming and you'll find its the perfect place to stay if you want a quiet place to escape to.

Cosiness of the property, convenient to shops, the land space for our dog to have a great time exploring. Super soft bed linen

Great little cottage in a peaceful location. Very warm and comfortable. Hazel was a lovely host. Thanks for having us.

Perfect location to stay for the night due to my ute being at the mechanics. Host was very friendly and accommodating to myself and my dog. A great location with space for your dog to also enjoy being free in the large enclosed yard. Dog blankets and bowls also supplied

Private access was great and the communication was exemplary.

Fridge freezes everything after a day and could do with a few more kitchen implements for cooking such as a potato masher and serving spoons.

My Greyhound Maggie and I had a lovely and restorative stay here . This is by far the best pet- friendly accommodation I've had the pleasure of staying at. We'll be return visitors for sure! Maggie had a securely fenced very large yard- perfect for sniff-aris. The cottage was very private and peaceful. And Hazel's warm welcome and hospitality WAY more than expected.
