People are so nice

They did not have plastic boxes for food

Staffs were kind and accommodating to a certain extent, Villa was beautiful .

The property was pretty , however on day 3 and Day 4 of our stay, there was a loud “ human-like“ walking sound on our roof at 3am-4:30/5am. It sounded very loud, violent and scary. When I had requested for the team to check it out, nobody helped us to check out. On day 4, as the sound was happening, we had to check out for our flight at 4.30am. When I had informed the lobby about the sound, he quickly locked both side of the doors of the lobby instead of investigating it. Hence I felt very cheated that they are aware of so,etching but possibly hiding it from us ? There is no fan, and aircon is a little towards the hotter side. Hence the room felt a bit warm at times. The door from the toilet to the pool was not able to open. Hence it was very difficult for us to go to the room after swim as it resulted in the room being wet. The Fridge given is also occupied by drinks put by them. Hence we were not able to put in our drinks inside the mini fridge. Usual amenities such as toothbrush/ tooth paste was given. We were mentioned about a 10 mins complimentary massage, however this was not provided either.

Everything was perfect like cleaning and communicating with staff their they were so friendly also eating was tasty they can only increase the quantity of the food and fruits. Everything was perfect for our honeymoon.

Location was great, quiet and safe. The villa was clean and nice and cozy, staff were so sweet, very kind and friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious, being delivered with such bright happy staff made it even better! Made it a really a wonderful trip staying here

整体很好，房间很好安静，泳池也弄得很好，我们买了榴莲不能带进房间吃服务员还特地帮我们冰在外面冰箱里面，还有漂浮早餐可以享用

De villa zelf is top, heerlijk rustig en super vriendelijk personeel. Ook hebben we via le Cielo een privé chauffeur en scooter kunnen regelen.

De douche, de waterdruk was wel erg laag. Ook hadden we graag ligbedden gezien in plaats van de zitkussens.

The friendliest guests, beautiful clean Villa with all the space you need for a relaxing g private stay. The Spa massage was lovely, the chef cooked meals were delicious. Always very polite and welcoming.
