The early take away breakfast is too little especially for those going for early morning tours.

This is my second time staying at this property ! ALL of the staff here are fantastic !!! Super happy , helpful and very accomodating. Very quiet and the pool is awesome !

We had a good stay at Le Cielo Romantic Villa. The villa itself was beautiful and private. The staff were generally helpful and the overall experience was relaxing and memorable.

There was one small incident that left us disappointed. Our taxi fare was 29,000 IDR. I had 25,000 IDR in smaller notes and only larger 100,000 IDR bills otherwise, and the taxi driver did not have change. I therefore needed assistance with the remaining 5,000 IDR, and a staff member kindly helped me with that amount. I thanked him and mentioned that I would return the 5,000 IDR the next day, along with a small tip for his help. However, the following day I was informed that I had borrowed 50,000 IDR instead, which did not align with the actual situation. Considering the total taxi fare was 29,000 IDR, this was confusing. As the amount was relatively small, I chose not to escalate the matter during our stay. It was never about the money, but about trust and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with second thoughts about returning to the villa in the future. We hope management can look into this so that similar misunderstandings do not happen to future guests.
