The property was exactly as the pictures, staff were the best!! So accomodating, extremely nice & friendly, catered to everything we needed and more. Breakfast was amazing ! Laundry service spectacular, cleanliness was amazing. We asked for cleaning most days & absolutely loved it. Our second to last night we experienced heavy rain turning into major flooding inside the villa but the staff evacuated us and put us in another villa/ hotel right away, they were honestly the best, so apologetic did everything in their power to compensate, honestly the best people I cannot recommend them enough even in a tough time they did amazing. We wanted to just come back already to our villa. Highly recommend to anyone considering them. Definitely stay here again if I come back to Bali 🫰🏽
