Location was a short walk to Main Street and restaurants , staff were amazing and so friendly Good options for breakfast and villa was in excellent condition

The pool area didn’t get as much sun as I would’ve liked, but that’s just a personal preference as I really enjoy soaking up the sun

Was in a quiet area which was nice as there was not much noise but not too far away from the beach and the vibrant streets in Seminyak. Room was modern and clean and beautiful with the private pool

We liked how we had a private space for our own selves. The pool was clean and private to each villa. Staff was welcoming and accommodating to the needs. They offered a free floating breakfast, which was the best part, and breakfast in general was good, too. It was easier to access the eateries around and was way easier to order food at the hotel. I was mostly scared of geckos after reading the reviews, but thankfully, we haven't encountered any inside the villa.

Welcome massage, which they offered on arrival, I had to continuously remind them about it, which was a bit embarrassing too. But I got it the last day, so kind of goodbye massage it was. But never mind, all well if it ends well.

Private pool and other facilities feel so special ourselves. If we come to Seminyak again, i would like to stay here. Especially, Dian is so kind and cooperative.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, always happy to help in any way! The villa was clean, spacious and a perfect way to escape the heat after a day out and about. The food room service was 10/10 and we cannot wait to go back! Close to and easy to navigate to shops, beach and restaurants/bars..

Nothing to dislike.

On two occasions, staff were acting very mistrustful of us. Upon check in, the villas system was down and they were unable to check if we had paid in full or partially. The staff member was asking us to leave our passport with him overnight until he could check, which we obviously were not comfortable to do. Additionally upon checkout, we were accused of drinking 1 beer from the minibar which we didn’t have. Despite explaining we hadn’t drank this, they accused us again saying it was missing. The towels and bedding had marks on them and didn’t feel 100% clean. Sometimes when we’d go out for a few hours, staff would turn our aircon off so the place was boiling when we got back. This place did not feel luxury or 5 star, we really regretted not staying longer at our last hotel.
