location excellent - easy walk to eat street and markets. handy convenience store 40m away - great restaurant on road opposite entrance. Comfortable bedroom and lovely deep swimming pool. secure building with locks on entry and bedroom doors

no signage or street number on building outside - made it difficult for food and drink deliveries to find Us. tv faulty - unable to fix before our exit. .

The upper floor of the property is quite bad, it creaks and you can’t sleep as there is a lot of noise when anyone moves or even talks. washrooms need to be fixed. Pool had frogs. Mattress quality needs to be improved. overall bad experience and definitely not value for money.

Location: is unmatched. 3-5 min walking distance to all popular eateries at the Jln Kayu Aya. In vicinity of Seminyak Square and a short drive to beach. Rooms: 3 BR are well sized and air conditioning is adequate for the area. Swimming pool: not a tiny plunge pool..a reasonable sized pool. Pricing: well priced. Extras: Host were kind to assist with baby cot and baby high chair. Thank you :)

My views reflect since we travelled with family including 8mo infant. If we travelled as group of adults probably below points wouldn't be much of consideration. 1. Ground floor toilet needs some touch up. Shower, flush are leaking/dated. But can be used. 2. Swimming pool filtration system only turns on around 9am. So if you like to take a dip earlier than that then you would have to bear with some overnight frogs/dirt. We informed this to the host and he subsequently moved the timing to 7am. 3. Mattress in upper BR needs an absolute change. I would say that above were not a deal breaker. But if fixed it would make this villa more complete. Will we like to come back again? Absolutely.
