Villa Raquel by Betterplace

Spacious, wardrobes in all bedrooms and airconditioned, the complimentary fruit, juice and bottled water was a welcomed gesture. Staff were friendly and introduced themselves. Mr Ketut could help you plan a driver if you didnt want to use Gojeck- we did about half of each.The pool was deep and big enough for a family to enjoy, lovely chillout zone if you dont want to do too many activities. Close to some great restaurants, mini mart and massage.

I originally chose this Villa because in the booking.com app it stated it had a washing machine and drying rack for clothes. We had a drying rack, but no machine. We didnt want to have to depend on paying for laundry per kilo at a local place- which for a family of four proved to be costly. Although this was not ideal, I would still highly recomend this Villa, and suggest that the owner either remove the washing machine from the description or buy one for future guests that may not be as gracious as us. This truly was the only shortcomming, everything else was wonderful!

Central and quiet to Seminyak. Nice pool and big yard.

It would be nice if there was a little welcome pack. Eg water… juice… coffee, fruit. I know there are mini Marts next to the place but after a big travel, you want to relax for a while… instead of having to make a shop straight after arrival.

Great place to stay. The house corresponds to the description, with 3 spacious bedrooms all with air conditioning. Great team always available and great friendliness. Impeccable cleanliness. It's about 2 minutes walk to 24h/7 Supermarket, 200m from the busiest area and it's possible to walk to Ku De Ta beach (10 min). If you want to stay at the Villa, the pool is excellent with a good area to rest. Wifi available

Not great issues but: - The pool shower was not operational. - The shower columns already show some wear

Location was terrific. Spacious and clean.

We loved our stay here. We were a family of 4 adults and two young children and found it a very comfortable stay with a very convenient location, close to everything. The bedrooms were large and air conditioned and we felt very safe at this property, felt like our own private oasis! very quiet. located right across the road from a good cafe (Cafe Esquina). the swimming pool was a huge hit with everyone - set in a beautiful garden and a decent size, my kids never wanted to get out. we honestly loved staying here so much we were sad to leave and would def stay here again. shout out to the staff, they made this place extra special too!!!

the railing by the stairs seemed a bit unsafe. we were wary of our kids on that staircase. but that was only minor, everything was excellent.
