Villa de Malicott

Great staff and facilities. Staff were very helpful and kind, cleaners came in each day and cleaned up. Overall very nice villa to stay in

Cleaners did not change bed sheets throughout the stay, despite stating they would change them. Toilets leaked

Outdoor area too dusty and lizards

Bedrooms were clean and aircon worked well.

Photo are extremely outdated. Pool was dirty we didn’t swim in it once. Neighbours from rooms near by kept us up from 1am till 6am on multiple nights which was unbearable .

the place looked amazing in photos but unfortunately did not look the same when we arrived.

the villa was not clean when we arrived. we had called them back as soon as we arrived to re clean the villas. one villa had very sticky floors and the other one in general was not to a clean enough standard. the 3 bedroom villa had blood in the sheets prior to us arriving. the back area continually flooded from the pool, mqking it extremely dangerous for small children. towels were all dirty and stained, my son woke up the next day wit massive rash on his face.the door in one of the villas did not lock. hygiene levels were not to an appropriate standard making these villas unsafe for not just my own children but all my nephews as well. we had to waste a whole day trying to find new accommodation as we did not feel comfortable here. when I raised this with management seeking a partial refund it was refused as I was told that we did not make enough effort to have the items above rectified. I believe we gave them ample opportunity to rectify the above with no success. it was not a place I was willing to have our family and extended family stay as it was unsafe and unhygienic. very disappointing from management. I would never recommend these villas to anyone except to stay away
