Lovely place beautiful close to beach

I booked a poolside villa and assumed it was private but it was a shared space which I guess I didn’t study the website close enough. These villas are a great layout however it was in need of refurbishment.. Materials throughout are really tired and worn the toilet never flushed properly the whole stay. If the owner just spent some money to bring it back to its former glory it would be a nice place to stay so until they do I wouldn’t recommend these villas as there is plenty of other accomodation choices nearby.

We took one look and decided to move to another resort. Did not stay 1 night.

The room was tired, musty and we thought it was misrepresented by its web pictures.

Chandra the manager was a wonderful person who tried very hard. The property was quiet and we had the whole place to ourselves. It would have been a beautiful property in its day, now looks quite tired and sad. The bed was very comfortable

The place has seen better days. Mouldy smell in the rooms, run down fixtures, and just overall tired feel. It could be great again with a bit of love. The power was shut off to the property for about 5 hours which meant no air con, internet or water pump. We told the onsite staff member who didn’t seem to care and did nothing to help. After calling Chandra the manager the onsite staff member flicked the mains switch and the power was restored. This place should be a lot cheaper for how run down it is getting.

Baby melon villa was lovely and secluded, quiet but close to the busy streets of Seminyak. The pool next to the room was small but as we were the only guests it was quite private.

The room smelled strongly of napthalene (mothballs) when we first arrived. It felt quite musty and so we kept all the doors open with the fans going for the first couple of days. That's when we discovered that the bathroom door did not lock.The floor also was not very clean (dusty) so it just felt like the room had not been used in some time. Otherwise the decor was lovely and the bed comfortable.

Loved this villa, great location, lots of space in the pool room. Big longe to relax on. Wonderful bathroom. Very little traffic noise.

Wifi was a little glitchy, but we coped ok.

Beautifully designed/decorated villa with excellent location close to the beach and near lots of restaurants and shopping areas. I had a very spacious villa and loved the layout. The big windows were wonderful. I loved the outdoor kitchen/ seating area/ sofa.

I was disappointed with cleanliness - I have to say I expect at this price point to have a clean place. Like other commenters mentioned, there’s a lot of stains on bedding, towels, sofas. I expected this so was prepared but was additionally surprised by how moldy the bathroom was. I realise it is hard to keep mold away in such humid conditions but I believe that the state of the bathroom is a step too far. It‘s really a shame - the beautiful bathroom was one of the reasons I booked this villa - but the bathtub and shower tiles you stand on are full of mold. All corners with the windows are black with growing mold too. Also was awakened by the property’s dog barking, whining and scratching at my door to the bedroom early morning between 6:30 and 7am when all I wanted was to sleep after a long flight and arriving late the previous night. I tried to shoo him away which was impossible - he refused to budge and just kept scratching at my door trying to get in. Then continuously dragged his butt across the rug in front of my door (clearly has worms and needs treatment). Also has fleas and wouldn’t stop scratching himself - I really think he needs to be taken to a vet as he stinks so much that the outdoor area of my villa stank all day long after he‘d dragged himself across it. Finally after unsuccessfully messaging via booking.com I had to get up, get dressed and got the attention of staff who removed him so I could sleep. I just don’t understand why they didn’t act before - the constant barking and whining would have been heard everywhere. I did get a response on booking.com a few hours later with an apology which I did really appreciate and the promise that the gate to the main house would remain closed in the morning for the remainder of my stay so that this wouldn’t happen again. I love dogs, so thought I‘d be fine with the property having them but they need to be taken care of (vet & a bath!) and trained properly.

Very close to the beach. Very accessible to main road of Seminyak. For the price of petite room it was well worth it especially if you don't plan to stay within the compound the whole day. Villa was nicely decorated. Very quiet at night.

Google maps gave us the wrong direction to the villa if going on foot. Can be quite creepy walking back to the villa as the roads were very dark.
