Location is pretty close to the beach and shops

The staff there are not organised. I booked the pool villa 3 months in advanced and I said I will be checking in at 3 am this was confirmed by Vena but for some reason my room was not ready until late next day. While I stayed the night people was staying in my villa when I thought it will only be for me. As a man I felt unsafe so can you imagine if this was a women. The taxi driver who worked with the villa checked me in which he was not trained for to do. The TV was not working for 4 days when the TV got replaced it was way to small you can barely see it. The lights in the living room and by the pool area was not working for the whole stay of 7 nights even though I told them. The Wifi does not work when it rains. On my last day there was no water in the whole villa I had to shower from the big water tank luckily I am strong enough to pick it up.

Everything was great, however the air conditioner was broken for the first 1.5 days of stay, this impacted how comfortable our stay was as was very hot. Baby melon did compensate with 1 hour massages for partner and I which was a nice gesture.

As soon as we arrived I noticed that black water was coming out of the bathroom sinks in my villa. I promptly notified the staff who told me they would fix it as soon as possible.eventually the problem was solved the next day

The room was large, very comfortable and beautifully put together with very thoughtful interior design. Lovely bathroom. Friendly hostess who managed the property.

The pool was very dirty and unappealing. Nothing like the pictures shown. Staff constantly hanging around the pool area and using vacant rooms, the resident dogs barking at you when you come/go from property.
