Peut être mettre du double vitrage dans la chambre du haut ( bruit d’aboiement)

Security outside every night. The pool was great. Excellent location. Short walk to shops/restaurants.

This is the best villa we’ve stayed in. Everyone is was very accommodating and helpful. Can’t think everyone enough. Very nice and clean. Cleaners came almost everyday to make sure everything was perfect. Everything is walking distance. Beach restaurants shops and laundry. Really enjoyed the pool. Great place to widen down after being out all day. We will diffidently be stay here again.

Villa Seni is a beautiful property just 5-6 minutes walk away from the beach. There has been immense effort put into small details such as the mini baskets on bedside tables to keep personal belongings, to beautiful towels placed in an even prettier metal container by the swimming pool, to the gorgeous aesthetics around the villa…the bed headboard, the bedspread, the vintage bed, chairs, cupboard….beautiful decor including the crockery in the glass cabinet to the apt travel books, gorgeous sofas…not to mention the colonial fans and lights. And of course, the beautiful pool…all in all a very enjoyable and memorable experience! Loved each and every bit of the entire villa from the moment we entered through the main door. Arke was very prompt in visiting and passing the keys to us as well as the time of collection on the day we left the villa. We were a few hours late in reaching; the follow up and concern by the team was excellent. Miya and Mega were a great help in ensuring the villa was clean and spotless. Great to have security at the main entrance too. Visited this time with a friend…Will definitely visit again with my family! 😊

A very small mention to request a bit more lighting into the main lane when we enter (outside the villa). Other than that, a complete 10 on 10.

From the moment we walked in, we all went "WOW". Beautifully appointed and Arke (the manager) was there to greet us and explain all of the facilities. Toni and Tim the owners were in constant communication before our stay and had thought of everything that anyone staying there would need including stubby holders :). The location was perfect. One street back from the busy beach area and within walking distance (20mins) of Seminyak Village.

Wasnt much we didnt like. If we had a suggestion, it would be to have a day bed/cabana instead of the 2 banana lounges given the property sleeps a min of 4 people.

It was excellent

Beautiful villa, tastefull, classique and modern as far as the facilities go and super clean. A delicious grand fruitplatter as a warm welcome. Superfriendly Arke who takes care of all your wishes and questions and a great housecleening staff that keeps te Place super clean. It feels like a little paradise Tucked away in busy Seminyak. Close by the beach and several nice spots to eat. Do try Warung Boss, great food for a good price owned by Arke.

One very small detail: the big shower doesn’t really work Well.

Everything was like home ! Just perfect !
