Unicorn Shelter Villa

Nice villa in central location with lots of options for food, drinks or shopping 2-3 minutes away by foot. Nice breakfast and helpful host.

Upper bedroom is near the water pressure system and makes some noise when it switches on when water is being used. If you are a light sleeper take the ground floor bedroom.

2nd story bedroom accessible by very steep stairs, very dangerous. Also wobbly stairs. 3rd bedroom (bunks) is very small, cannot keep luggage in the room. Water pressure is terrible. Using bore water, very hard to wash. 90% of doors and windows are warped. Doors don't open, or close. Gaps everywhere letting in mosquitoes

At the end of an alleyway with a shop at the entry.

Location was close to the busy area of seminyak but no road noise. Very private. Yuni was wonderful, she cooks the breakfast and really yummy.

The alley is long and very narrow, hard for drivers to find or fit to drive thru. Small dead bugs on top bunk bed-kids refused to sleep there after.

The staff was amazing an so nice. Breakfast every morning was such a bonus! Location is close to main area with shops and restaurants.

The 3rd bedroom is outside, which isn't safe for a young child and we ended up having to have the kids sleep in the main room with us. The stairs going upstairs are extrememly steep and not child proof. The location is good, but down a long laneway that cars cannot access so you have to bring your bags down.

The villa manager Indah wad very helpful and prompt in her replies. Breakfast was nicely prepared by Sri ! They even provided a complimentary birthday cake for my son's birthday ! The space was huge for 4 adults and 3 children.

The water heater was abit unstable, its hard to adjust to the right temperature.
